No Refund Policy

All paid membership charges are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the platform and understand what you are purchasing.

We do not offer refunds on paid subscriptions. This applies to:

  • Monthly membership charges
  • Yearly membership charges
  • All renewal payments
  • Partial months or unused time remaining in a billing period


We encourage you to review our pricing page and take a look inside the platform before subscribing so you can make a confident, informed decision.

Exceptions

While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once due to a billing error
  • Technical issues: If a documented platform outage prevented access for an extended period and we were unable to resolve it

To request a review, please contact us with your account email and details of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your ViralBusters membership at any time from your Account page — no phone calls, no hassle. When you cancel:
  • You retain full access to the platform until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current billing period

To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
